3DKey Lock
3DKEY, designed and entirely manufactured in Mottura factory, it represents the evolution of door lock security and is the result of a research and experimentation process that has engaged the company since its foundation.
3DKEY is a very high security gear lock for armored doors, one of a kind. In fact, it is equipped with an interchangeable gear core operated by an innovative hexagonal key. The lock is compatible in size and fixings with the main locks for armored doors.
It is thinner than other locks for armored doors: its thickness of only 25 mm allows for greater applications and the possibility of reinforcing the lock with a manganese plate.
The hexagonal key, with three coding surfaces and two desmodromic tracks, is also an absolute news on the market, reaching up to 10 billion possible combinations (100 times more than a cylinder key) with protected and controlled key duplication.

The core
The core is removable and replaceable in the event of loss of the keys, to restore the original security. The key rotates smoothly and silently.
Available in the VARIO - CONSTRUCTION KEY version and in the SET/RESET version (only for single locks).
PROTECTED and CONTROLLED key duplication ONLY in Mottura
The certified PROTECTED and CONTROLLED duplication of CHAMPIONS® C55 keys represents a further step in the "active" protection guaranted by the CHAMPIONS® range. The duplicate control is already active since the duplicate request: the owner's card, which comes with each set of original keys, must be presented to the authorized MOTTURA CLUB center along with an original key (for verification).
Mottura Serrature di Sicurezza S.p.A. is the only entity that can LEGALLY duplicate CHAMPIONS® C55 keys, of which its "key blanks" are NOT on sale.
The owner's card is then the only document which can be used to obtain duplicates, and it has to be stored in a safe place.
Without an ORIGINAL KEY and an ORIGINAL CARD it is NOT possible to obtain duplicated keys.

System composed of multiple locks/cores with the same coding, opened by the same key
CONSTRUCTION KEY
Core composed of a first key to be used during the works, upon completion of which it is replaced with a new sealed set of keys which, by modifying the coding, excludes any previously used key
VARIO
The core is equipped with 3 types of keys (A,B,C): each of them has a different coding and it is sealed separately. In case of loss or theft of the A-type key, it is enough to insert in the core the B-type key, that will exclude automatically the first key. The same thing will happen for C-type key that will disable B-type key.
