MOTTURA is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how ASSA ABLOY treats and uses the personal data received from you in relation to our presence on the social platform.

Collection of personal data from social networks
MOTTURA may collect and process the data you provide on the social media to which we are connected. This can be done through:
- Direct communication (posts on our social media channels or via direct messaging)
- Indirect communication (for example, by tagging MOTTURA in your social media posts).
How will your data be used by MOTTURA, and why?
We process personal data obtained through direct communication in order to be able to communicate with you, as a consumer, in relation to your direct communication with MOTTURA. The legal basis for such processing is our legitimate interest in providing you with services and support as a consumer of MOTTURA products. Since the processing of personal data is limited and since it was you who freely contacted us through our social platform, MOTTURA concluded that its legitimate interest in providing services and support to its consumers takes precedence over yours in matters of privacy.
MOTTURA processes personal data deriving from indirect communications to protect the MOTTURA brand, prevent fraudulent behavior and support existing customers. The legal basis for the processing of indirect communications on our part is the legitimate interest of MOTTURA. Since the processing of personal data is limited and such data posted on social platforms are freely published, MOTTURA has concluded that its legitimate interest in such processing in order to protect the MOTTURA brand, prevent fraudulent behavior and support existing customers has the precedence over your privacy interests.
Transfer and disclosure of your personal data
Your personal data will not be disclosed outside MOTTURA, except in cases where we recognize that users do not adhere to the terms and conditions provided by the social platforms. If there is a violation of the terms and conditions, MOTTURA will report it to the social platform for further investigation.
Retention time
MOTTURA will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, subsequently, for 30 days.
MOTTURA social media rules
Comments from social media users referring to MOTTURA and social media posts from MOTTURA and the like do not necessarily reflect the opinion of MOTTURA, which however does not confirm their accuracy.
MOTTURA adheres to the terms and conditions specified by the social media platforms in which it participates, and reserves the right to delete offensive, profane or socially irresponsible comments, posts and uploads. Users who do not adhere to the above terms and conditions may be subject to blocking and reporting for further investigation as appropriate.
