We use technical security systems, such as firewalls, cryptographic technologies, passwords and antivirus programs, to prevent and avoid the unauthorized use of personal data. In connection with investigations or legal proceedings, MOTTURA may need to provide personal data to both regulatory and regulatory authorities, or courts. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with the law in force, in order to comply with legal obligations.
